I cleaned the residue from the intake valve area with half a bottle of Redline SI-1.
That was too much, it started smoking half way through, could have used a quarter bottle instead.
It was effective because after letting it heat soak I found oily water had seeped through seams in the exhaust.
Went for a ride billowing clouds of smoke, joggers looking on in terror, oily drops now cover the bumper.

Nice.
So you started dripping Redline while idling, then cooling down and after this you went for a ride?
How long took it to drip the half bootle?

Yeah, but had to rev the engine half way through to get a good flow, took maybe three to five minutes overall.

Did you pull out the shifting cables from the cabin.
One of mine (which goes to the left) seams to be "shorter", because it sits really tight on the intake

I'm using the Numeric cables, which may be tighter, but I didn't have to release them.
As long as the TB isn't attached I was able to fit the intake.

You may misunderstood.
I got it assembled (with TB), but for this I had to flip the cables and nonetheless the shifting cable which goes to the left is very tight on the intake

You'll have to judge how tight is too tight, but could remove the rubber and use a thinner piece where they contact.

I think it´s ok, the cable sits tight but can be moved so shouldn't be an issue.
Next time, I would consider to place the cable on the other side of the plenum, since it goes to the left anyway.

Engine runs great, but while driving I hear a cleary hiss at part throttle (gear independent).
Not a low throttle and not at half or more throttle.
I checked all connections twice and everything looks fine.

Did you notice similar?

I didn't notice any hiss, I'd suggest double checking TB and intake runner boots.

Post 146 update;
05. Tie wrap temperature sensor to right intake runner boss hole

Post 146 second update;
05. Slide temperature sensor into right intake runner half moon opening

Which temp sensor do you mean?
Of the engine bay?

Yes, part 7 in post 150, I forgot it was there and had to go back in and secure it.
It's a half moon shape that the round rubber sensor fits into on the original runner, but the Clubsport runner instead has a raised boss with a small hole in it, so had to tie wrap it there.

I looked back at some pictures I didn't post, and see that I have the half moon on the right runner.
Was doing this from underneath and missed it, but found the boss.
Updated post 146, thanks for pointing that out.

Did you notice if there is a special orientation for the two rubber gaskets of intake runners?

The intake runner gasket is a symmetrical shape, so it don't have a particular direction.
