It's not a street car though...

Highly doubt the road version will have it.

I mean the GT4 is a street car but I digress. I hope you're right the production version of GT4 does not have it.

 

It's funny with that camo... usually that style makes it really hard to tell anything about how the vehicle is going to look. But in this case, not at all. It's totally visible to me.

I shot these photos a year+ ago of the not-yet-released Jeep Wrangler JL, in Moab, UT. It was up in the rocks for testing, with a line of engineers up above, and got high-centered. We were the first to come along in my Wrangler and they asked for a pull, so I snatched them backwards with a strap and he was able to get on up to the top of this element, called The Waterfall, on Poison Spider Mesa.

 

 

 

As pointed out above, the GT4 clubsport has those wing supports, not the street car.

I have to say I am so tired of the "fast and the furious" criticism being applied to functional aerodynamics. The reason F&F style cars sometimes look silly is because they are imitating functional aerodynamics. When you just imitate motorsports looks, without doing the aero engineering, something gets lost in translation and the car looks stupid. If the pieces are shaped a certain way because of a wind tunnel, it looks good to me. The GT4CS fits this description. In other words, it doesn't matter how big the wing, it's not "F&F" unless it's not functional.
