When I looked at my old setup when I loaded RA
My brakes were at 46.5
I ask tom to check his on his setup
He said same
I think they changed values
And may be due to the traction control?
They said they changed the brake bias setup in the RUF's... to a "pressure based" setup.
I have no idea how it is on modern P-cars but I know in my 944, the rear brake bias is set via a pressure limiter valve... basically you get 100% of braking pressure to both front and rear up until you hit a certain pressure, then it stops adding pressure to the rears as you continue to push down on the pedal. Versus traditional proportioning where the rears always get some percentage of pressure relative to the fronts.
Perhaps the RUF is like the 944 and they updated the car in the sim to behave this way?
It sure seems like I am locking the hell out of the fronts everywhere, especially at COTA. Braking HARD and I can't steer anymore. My lap times were about on par with previous laps at RA this week... but I did notice the car didn't seem to want to stop as well. I figured it was partially due to weather, and partially because Tom said that he thought they increased the tire sound volume and I was just hearing it more.
But considering I can't get the damned car to turn at all at COTA... I might just be over-driving the fronts.

I got an email back from IRacing regarding the frame rate on COTA simulation. They say they are applying a fix maybe on Monday.
The Ruf and Mazda setup issues have been referred further.

But I seem to dive in deeper on the brakes. In real-life racing, I've always been that way. I like brakes.

As for the handling... we might just need to play with setup a bit. I think futzing with the bias might help with the understeer issue.
Maybe it's finally time to upgrade my pedals. My throttle signal has been getting pretty noisy. Anyone using the clubsport V2 pedals from Fanatec? Review?
By the way, the schedule on the IRacing site shows Daytona as the next race. When are we at COTA?
I have had a set of the V2's for a couple of months and i like them. I have a g27 wheel and shifter. The brake pedal needs a lot of pressure to get full braking. I would recommend a driving seat. I have mine on the floor using a desk to hold my wheel and a computer chair. If i hit the brakes too hard my seat actually rolls backward (not the best set up in the world ). I would like to get an Obutto seat someday down the road. But spring is here now and other toys are eating up my budget.
These have not shaved seconds off my lap times (darn it) but they feel better than the G27 pedals i had before. At least i like them enough that i plan on buying the CS wheel set also.
I have heard other people say that the brake pedal load cell sensor can fail, i would consider buying a second one for a spare.
Hope this helps

I have an early (2011) Obutto chassis with triple monitor mount and race seat. I have been using triple 27" Viewsonic monitors. The chassis makes a difference, but you will have to screw down the pedal set or otherwise secure it so when you put the brake to the floor in a heated moment it don't move. I also have been contemplating changing from G27 Logitech to Clubsport setup for pedals and wheel.
