Thanks! Still not where I need to be, but I'll tighten it up tonight. I can tell the instruction I got at NASA this past weekend helped, staying closer to Tony when we are both pushing.

 

I might be able to host a session this evening. Depends how much I get done between now and then.

Now that I'm getting the hang of it, COTA is really growing on me. Fun track.

 

Well if you are keeping up with Tony you are going to be fast.

 

What's the fastest lap time out of our group so far?

 

Sunday night, Tony was the fastest with a 2.06.9, then there was 1 2.07, a few 2.08's and 2.09's

 

That's the goal... It definitely helps that I know the track from F1, although it's been interesting adjusting my line to the Ruf after being used to the 2013-gen F1 cars. Having to use the brakes through 16-18 is new.

Hosting an open 80/15/25 session at COTA, starting at 7:30 Central for anyone who wants to join. Need some more practice before this weekend's PCA race.

 

Hey, FYI, the COTA update is a 540mb file. Just in case you forgot or planned on doing it before the race tomorrow. It was almost 15 minutes for me.

I hope to make the race tomorrow but I'll be in the middle of packing for the Texas Pro Solo. It should be fun with the track having plenty of room to pass as long as you dont try the hairpins the wrong way.
