Great find! When browsing your link I found used Urus batteries (same part #) for $500 plus $35 shipping.

CPO battery replacement
I purchased a CPO 2019 Cayenne turbo in November 2023 and had to bring it to the dealer for a repair and the during the service the dealer tested the battery and it failed and the battery was replaced at no charge.
the service manager told me that the battery was an updated version with a new part number.

That's good information. Could you please post a copy (photo with your phone) of the actual service invoice which identifies work codes and part numbers? This is what others can use to show their service advisors what needs to be done.
Think of this as medical billing. Wrong code = patient pays. Correct code = insurance pays.
Please redact your personal sensitive information. Thanks again.

@Silververtu If you could post your actual service invoice (personal details redacted), it would help @Islandbound with the Service Advisor discussion.

For anyone interested I managed to source 5 brand new batteries available for half retail, I'm UK based tho. Managed to sort my personal with one of it, so got 4 available currently for sale. For Anyone around North-West England, I
can arrange installation at my local indy (Crown Point Motors in Manchester)
Listing on eBay as: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256393704...mis&media=COPY

Update on my dead battery.
Dropped the car off this morning at the dealership. They ran the diagnostic and said the battery failed and they will replace the battery under warranty. My Cayenne is MY19 and the factory warranty was expired in Aug 2023.
Thanks @ThaiGuy for sharing the battery information with me and good luck on yours!

If you have to buy the battery, the price has come down a little bit. You can always make your dealer to match the price and I highly doubt they would say no.

Good luck if yours needs to be replaced.

Thanks @Silververtu ! This gives a list of steps and refers to protocols which result in battery replacement under warranty.

Advice needed, please.
My 2019 Cayenne with a LiFePO4 battery will jump start with the NOCO 10 Genius 10. After jumping, I drove it for about 40 miles to try and charge the battery without success. The car is immediately unresponsive as soon as it is switched off. My husband tried to charge it with a NOCO GBX45 overnight without success. The indicator lights seemed to work correctly but the car remained unresponsive.
I spoke to the Porsche Service Manager who stated they are replacing the Cayenne batteries under the Emissions Warranty. However, the dealer is 1 ½ hours away (105 miles). All but 5 miles is Interstate driving. It’s a $600 tow charge. The dealer suggested jumping & driving it while leaving the NOCO attached to the battery in the floor.
Questions:
Can I jump start the car & drive it to the dealer? 105 miles?
Will it damage the vehicle?
Will driving it that far damage the clutch? I was told it would.
