This one should be interesting. 2012 black 6-speed coupe with 26k miles. Carfax reports minor to moderate damage. Even with that, my guess is $115k ish. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...turbo-coupe-2/

Wow I am surprised this super low mileage 6spd manual in white sold for only $129K. This car is mint with only 17K miles on it.
Great deal for the buyer!!!

the funniest part about that auction was that someone gave that car a good romp right before the DME was recorded.

I usually just read and move on, but I have to say what perspective is not being shared ...
The sticker was $129,000. Fifteen years later it sells for $129,960.
This model has reached the threshold of returning the same number 15 years later. How many other non-supercar vehicles depreciate and recover in 15 years? I'm sure someone keeps that stat out there but the number of vehicles doing that or less has to be counted on one hand. (Assuming inflation is the same for the 15 year period)

Forgot the disclaimer of prejudice: I have a 2007 TT 6M bought in 2010 with 4k miles. Sold to a friend a few years back who put 500 miles on it and sold it back to me Now with 22k miles.
It's white with special cocoa interior. It's my favorite car I have ever owned and there have been a few.

as a dark interior fan, i think that cocoa interior is gorgeous. i am also generally not a wood trim fan, but i love it in that one.

141k is strong money. With the accident history that seems to be all the $$, and then some. Classic has the market for .2 manuals pegged at 124k currently.

This reminds me of when eBay started up in the late 90's / early 00's. Auctions seemed pretty honest and straightforward. As time went on, the scams, shills, etc. got worse and worse until it became a "fixed price" auction house. I'm not saying BAT is doing something wrong, but some of these have stopped making sense.

Agree, some of the bid / sold amounts are head scratchers. Maybe I’m wrong here, but I would think an accident-free 2012 manual coupe would struggle to get $200k…$170-$180 I could see. With that in mind, I’d love to know the rationale for setting the reserve higher than $140k for one with an accident.
