Advanced
Dropped it off to get the coolant lines pinned, cams pinned, plugs, coils, water pump, shark werks elbows and a few other things while I'm out of town working!

Put on a Speed Yellow Sportec SP spoiler and TechArt springs. Yellow spoiler looks out of place right now because I'm not done.

New wheels arrived. Loosely put a front and a rear together and test fitted. Drank some whiskey in celebration that the absurdly long wait to get these was now over.
Huge thanks to David at @WheelsB @wheelsboutique for coming through with this order.

Nice choice! I'm still waiting for my LM's and it will probably be a year total or more lol. Worth it though.

Just clicked over 40k miles on my ‘09TT. Between my wife and me, we’ve put on close to 6k miles since purchasing the car back in the beginning of March, 2021. The car is too much fun to let it just sit in the garage!

Alcantara lower dash (ignition area, glove box)
Bought replacement lower dash parts so I can save my original leather versions. Recovered the replacement parts in Alcantara and installed today. Love the looks feels much more modern. No more scratches around the key!

I love that a lot, and think I would crash my car with that distraction .

Tried the HRE's.....
Before i purchased the red car - I had bought these HRE's and the Loma's.
I've finally put tyres on them to see what they looked like - much meatier looking - but I think if the car was Black or Silver they'd look better.....
Off to the For Sale pile they go......

I purchased these rims from a Rennlist user that was local to me. He was a cool dude and I really like the way the wheels look. I think it needs a 1” drop, but it’s already scraping coming into my driveway. Pics for your viewing pleasure.

One thing that has been bothering me for a while is the SS illuminated door sill. After 14 years of use, it was pretty scratched and scuffed.
No matter what I tried, I could not get the scratches out and polish it up the way it looked new. After doing some research, I found a good solution and worked on it for about 15 min / side this morning. Photos below of before and after.
Before - tried to show the scratches and scuff marks.

After - Much better after applying a little elbow grease...
After - another shot - nice and shiny
