Nice GT Silver 7.2 on BaT. 26k miles and well optioned. There are some tell tale signs of track use, not that there’s anything wrong with that. Looks like center muffler mounting bracket is missing and the SW bypass is not supported where it needs to be.

You can get a set and have them anodized then you'll have to apply some stickers for the wording.

I talked with Auto Kennel about the 7.2 GT Silver they had. Really nice guys, just wasn't ready to pull the trigger. They only do consignment, FYI. They do not own any of these cars.
Yes, the speed yellow car. I spoke with Paul earlier. Good conversation, but he wasn't really interested in sending videos to my phone so I could see a cold start or the color difference on the bumper respray. He did state that the car might have had a "few DE sessions" on the track, but not driven hard. Sounds like it's purely a put a deposit down and then PPI to see what comes up situation.

Ironically enough, had a guy randomly reach out to today on the car I would need to move to create the garage space (2001 Phoenix Yellow Z3M with hardtop)...so who knows?

@brontosaurus found and posted it in the 996 forum: WP0AC29904S692876

Weird they didn't want to list it when they show the VINs for their other cars, including the SY 997.1.

Just hope it wasn't one of DDE's cars.

Obviously they have no real motivation to sell. You would need to be totally insane or have no concept of money whatsoever to pay $250k+ extra (more or less double) for an off white over a normal white. Also Cream White was available on the regular color pallet for most Porsche sports car models at the time (911, Cayman, and Boxster).

I have a Carrara White GT4 with slightly aged PPF that I'll let go for $200k. Super unique.

And as we can see, Snaveed has left the room. The pumpkin didn't garner those high prices and it looks as a market correction is in the beginning stages.
