I remember seeing that F/S but thought it sold. I say about 94K.

btw, it's cool to see what BaT has evolved too. It seems like yesterday that the only listing were hoopties and half finished projects. Now it gets more bids than eBay.

Owner had it here and pulled it to list on BaT. Bummer is the 5% fee for the buyer which makes me want to stay away from bidding on it.

What do you all think a good or realistic price for this one:
http://www.mckennaporsche.com/used/P...vdp-recentCars

It clean, good service records. Coolant pipes not done. Color seems odd as it's yellow with red gauges and red seatbelts. I guess trying to match it with the breaks? Or the fire extinguisher?

Over rev report? PPI checks out? Without a ton of information, I am going to say a realistic sale price is 85k on this car, and a good deal would be 80k.

^ I think that is a little low but not too far off. I would guess that will sell for around $90-92k

It has over revs and all service been done. Needs nothing as far as I can tell.

A couple of months ago 100K got you an 07 GT3 with mid teen miles at manheim. I am not so sure about 92K being 997.2 money unless car has issues...

I know of a couple recent sales in the 92-95k range for stock ~30,000 mile drivers(997.2's). These were cars with clean DME's, no big issues etc. The market is coming down

Agreed. The market is showing 997.1s at 80-85k, and 997.2s at 90-95k. Dont be fooled by asking prices people!

It's pretty evident when you just take a look at the asking prices and the length of time that cars are sitting for sale for. If you're listing your private party 997.2 for 100k+, be prepared to wait a few months only to take 5 or 10 grand less.
