I'llbet he can get a few k more for the car then what he paid for it, bit I also think prices will come back to earth before they spike up and stay at a new low.

Got to look at the delta's. Why pay upwards of 120k for a .1 when a .2 is so close in reach. Luke got his for 125k and it looks to be a great example. Heck he got buckets, that's 7k right there. Theoretically brings his car down to 118k.
Agreed.

Joe (above) got his for $110k with buckets, E88s, coolant pipes done and only 10k more miles.
I had this one locked in at $119k, but I was willing to shell out the extra for the brand new stock wheels with the refinish over the OZ Supers that were on the car.

This general bracket seems to be the .2 territory

In case anyone was wondering what this heavily-modified RS ended up fetching - it was registered in Ohio recently with a purchase price reported of $150k.

FWIW Porsche Barrington sold the Atlas Grey 2010 GT3 w/10k miles. It was tracked a bit, and from what I saw there were either a bunch of small water droplets on the front or it was all touch-up paint. Listed at $149,991

Somethings wrong wth my Autotrader hardly anything came up like suddenly all the GT3's sold. Only one now.

Yes, the dealer confirmed that this morning. I was going to go over there and give it a closer look and listen, but its gone. Wonder what it went for in the end. Prob at ask.

I am a new manager at Grand Prix. That is the owner's personal car and he is in no rush to sell thus the high ask - open to offers. Our other Grey Black is of course significantly cheaper, a unit we would like to see sold, and generating plenty of interest.

Happy to be of help to any members with our inventory.

Hahaha….the 996 folks are in denial. Can’t reason with them. Hopefully the 997 crowd doesn’t go the same direction.

How do you like the RS thus far? I’ll be honest, I do appreciate the 3.6 over the 3.8. A bit simpler if I might say.

Falcon are some hubristic young guys who swing for the absolute fences with their asking prices. They had bought one of my old cars from the person I sold it to, asked almost double the price they got it for and sat on it for 2+ years.
Lowballed me on another car I was selling as well. They're entitled to play the game, but not sure how they run it as a business. Probably family money backing them. Whatever, point is I wouldn't get someones hopes up and expect to get that .2 for actual market value..

Grey/Red .2 RS with 24k miles. PCCB (since replaced with steel rotors) and FAL. $157k original MSRP. Asking price is $180k. Car has been talked about multiple times on this thread and from what I know about it, this is not a clean example.
