Why do you say that? Looked decent from the pictures though they can do a lot to hide blemishes if that's all you're looking at.

Interesting and I think you may be right as the PNH 4.0 had sofa seats.

Believe there are only 2 in the US. 5660, and 5636. 5660 has PCCB's painted black and 5636 has orange steel brakes.

I recently witnessed two cars re-listed after they were "sold" on BAT.

In one case the buyer flaked and in the other the seller didn't like the sale price and backed out. They re-listed the car on eBay.

eBay is notorious for flakey winning bidders. On BAT, I estimate at least 25% of completed auctions do not result in a purchase.

He has no idea on the quality of that car from looking at an ad. It's priced correctly. Next step is to go through it with a fine tooth comb. But I am here to tell you there are waay to many "internet" RS experts. A car in that price range will have some small issues. Almost always correctable. Get the best car you can afford start making it yours. Then drive it a lot!

compared to the white example Doug is selling, that's about $1 per mile. Interesting

Another nice driver from ebay. 80k and didn't hit reserve, I believe this is the second time that it has gotten bid to that area and ended without selling

IMO that's easily a $90-95K GT3 to the right, knowledgeable buyer. No obvious stories, clean DME, good miles and color, properly equipped. I don't blame the seller for not letting it go.

Buyer interest (and prices) will likely increase in the Spring. It always seems to in regards to non-essentials like boats, motorcycles, Detroit musclecars and sports cars.

Take a look at the listings on here, 997.1's are in the 80's for all but low mileage examples. One here sitting at 80 ask and another in the low 80's.

The seller won't let it go because it's a dealer and probably wants to squeeze some profit out which is understandable but may be hard if they've been sitting on it for a while

Its interesting me how much these cars vary in price, particularly with regard to the mileage. IMO that car is worth 80-82k considering the condition. Unfortunately dealers still are trying for 2-3 years ago prices.

07 GT3 at Porsche of Jacksonville (formerly Brumos Porsche). 39K miles. Reduced to $90.990

IMO probably a bit overpriced with those miles. Mine has just short of 40K miles as of today which is considered "high mileage" here.
