Car looks beat? I may be looking at different pictures than you or you may have more information about the car. Based on the link above it looks like a nice car.
I'm just looking at the paint or whatever is behind the rear wheels in the wells, roll bar removed and a little tired looking on the paint. Sticky buttons, etc... Could use a good detail and some undershot posted up would be nice too.

The rest mid to high 90s.
Boom, mine went for 100 and it was cleaner than all those that are on this page. Way way cleaner and 0 overrevs in all ranges. As it's been coined here, buy the seller. I didn't try to gouge the buyer for every single penny I could get. I worked on what I believed to be a fair deal for both parties and sold to a fellow Rennlister. I had a lot of peeps chime in on the car. Too many questions, back and forth, lowballing and nobody would come take a look at the car. Granted some out of state. No drama on my sale and that was worth money to me.

Anyone check out this car? I'm surprised it has not sold yet. Not a lot of 997.2s with such low mileage listed. Is it the mods or low spec that's keeping people away?
I tried talking to two different sales people and they could tell me essentially nothing about the car so I gave up. If I was closed I'd go see it in person.

Car is nice but I’m sure you didn’t sell it with the wheels, seats, etc. Also, doesn’t seem to have full leather, etc. Besides that you felt comfortable selling at that price. I bet you could have easily gotten a little more if you wanted to. Additionally, probably prices have climbed since you sold.

Seats, exhaust and wheels came off the car. I just sold it a few weeks ago so I think prices were already there. I'm trying to convey that the car is Uber clean. Needed nothing in terms of any maintenance. Some o these car's I'm seeing look to need some deferred maintenance.
Fresh fluids
Fresh spark plugs
Fresh Coil Packs
Fresh Cabin Filter
Fresh B&M air Filter
Fresh Fuel Filter
New exhaust bolts and gaskets
Clutch bled
Brakes Bled
a 100% rust free undercarriage.
It will change. This is simply travel, restaurant, and other leisure dollars being spent on hard goods. My business was up 70% YTD for the first 3 months 2021 vs 2020. Suddenly business dropped starting about 10 days ago like 40% I mean profound.
People want to travel. I think the guy on lockdown staring at a BAT auction will mellow out now.
Totally agree. To be corrected. But interesting in the moment. And totally armchair observation, but I don't see some things going backward - - Future sellers of those GMTs and GT3s won't have much motivation to part with their stuff for less than they paid. Not that kind of buyer / seller market.
But hell yes, I'm getting out of this country ASAP.
