Wasn’t implying it turned a .1 into a .2, just that it closed the gap enough that there’s a strong value argument to be made for a lightly modified .1 given the price gap (especially for street use). The .2 is still the objectively better car all else being equal

understood and can’t disagree. The .1 is arguably an even better bargain nowadays.

I missed that auction, I am very surprised…good for Sharkwerks. It’s still a big commitment but i guess you can feel good about pushing your car hard, rebuilding it with a 4.1 and still maintaining the value.

Exactly, a 7GT car without RS is certainly not 1/2 the car.
.1 and .2 7GT and 7RS cars are all amazing, for me, there is nothing better in terms of design and driver experience.

guys that have never driven them love to get on BAT and pump them up… the 72RS is kinda turning into a meme stock… BAT has a new one to bid on look at the first comment, it’s like the RS crowd has a paid super pak lol.

i don’t see why they didn’t put 10 min into this one to put seats back in and replace the wing… the BBS are prob fine. It’s a thermal club car so the owner prob has FU money and just cleaning up the garage, it’s about as low spec as RS gets… curious what this does, perfect for someone that wants to drive.

And I thought my PCCB + Lightweight battery only car was low-optioned. Wow. MSRP of $136 has to be one of the lowest out there.

The owner (hyperNFT / DanAmI on insta) has gobs of FU money. This toy is just a rounding error. It’s in his garage next to OC SNA airport. .

Apologies, as I am a newbie here and not sure if this is the correct thread to ask this…

But would anyone have any additional information on the 7.1 GT3 (WP0AC29957S792315) posted within the rennlist marketplace? Seems like its been for sale for quite awhile and just worried about any red flags I should be aware of.

Thank you in advance!

That was my hunch. I've wondered on and off why this hasn't sold. Seems like a great example. I know the seller wasn't interested originally in parting with buckets and wheels, but seems like he's more open to it now.

Beautiful gray/gold .2 RS, but describing the price as optimistic is a massive understatement despite only having just under 3k miles. $550k!
