I remember when people were ordering the 2007 GT3 RS and a few didn't like the signature alcantara steering wheel. Per 'Bxstr's' comment about options, there were leather options for the steering wheel rim; XPA and 460. Here is a photo of 2007 GT3 RS (...S792738) with an optional steering wheel.

If you're looking for a driver, the Cross .2 would be a great option.
The Barnaba one says "no longe for sale" on their site. not sure what's up with that.
