Thx. Nice though looks kind of "roughed up" for only 3k miles, especially that seat bolster and the door sill. Swirl marks galore. Maybe most of the miles were track? What's up with those scratches on the top of the front spoiler -- gravel trap? DME report? No clear bra? What are RM's fees and who pays them?
Edit: I made some observations not warranted and probably incorrect.

I'll bet that BaT .1 RS gets closer to $225K than $165K. If this can be bought for $165 now, well.... go get it. I imagine it'll have to run the BaT gauntlet now that it's up on auction on the site... right?

So has .1 RS > .2 RS all other things being equal? Hard to keep track of prices with all these new $trillions flooding all markets.

I must be missing it, but what is switched? I think the lever to access the rear compartment is on both sides of the seat. Then I notice the seat controls on the bottom of the seat are in the correct place on both seats and so are the airbags. I have been looking at it over and over and couldn't find anything wrong besides some very worn seats.

Color me very surprised if a black one with steels passes $200k. There are better ones on the open market that can be purchased for less.

One buyer passed on our pumpkin because of a lack of full leather....but a no full leather car sells on BaT for $215k
Markets like this eliminate the "discerning" buyers and capture a wider audience of investors/speculators. I am not offering an opinion on one vs the other as we serve both in our client base, just offering a perspective on the market. Hence why mediocre/subpar cars that have been for sale for AGES are now disappearing from the market as well.

Ironically two buyers turned it down at $150k because of concerns on the range 3 overrevs. Now everyone is tripping over themselves to try and buy it.

These potential buyers snoozed and lost a good buy. Concerned about range 3? Come on!! Keep looking for that unicorn at an excellent price and you will be waiting forever.

I saw this happen to the 964 market years ago. These cars finally gained the respect they deserved and still do, The prices climbed for all 964's and those unwilling to pay up, were left chasing a climbing market. The prices for 964's have settled a bit, but not by much.

...people aren't that skeptical of autofax. They live and die by what the reports say.
But I agree, A 'clean' cafax doesn't mean there hasn't been damage, particularly with a car like a GT3 that is often tracked and where owners are highly inclined to keep incidents off the carfax radar...

I see, so color makes a fair bit of difference, as does PCCB vs Steel? I was stating that I think it would be closer to $225K than $165K purely based on what the BaT auctions have been bringing, but it's a pure guess on my part. Are the black cars less desirable overall? I think this one looks amazing. Also the Barrett Jackson car will actually go to live auction, which should be interesting.

silver/orange, being the most rare, is ugly (IMO)
black (PITA to care for) is a turn-off to many. personally, I love it when it's detailed
as or rotors/brakes, I've had both and steel is cheaper to maintain but the PCCBs are WAY better. how much premium? I really don't know
