I like a white RS...this one is it Goldman BH. It has a damage report on carfax that dealer indicates was from a rat that had been nesting in the engine bay and chewed through wiring. Interesting.

no comment on the price but the car at marshal Goldman belongs to a RL'ster here in SF
it was well care for
it did have rodents attacking the wiring harness which was repaired by porsche dealer.

I don't see the speed yellow at encino listed for sale anymore on autotrader. Did it sell already?
On a side note how/why have 996 GT3 prices crept up in to the mid $70s, only around $5k less than some 997.1s.

Because 6gt3 are what GT3 was originally meant to be from the start. Analog, raw, visceral, and loud back-roads and track weapon. The Porsche OEM outlaw — not a daily driver. In terms of such purity of GT3 purpose 996 > 997 > 991.

As others have said, 996 GT3 is still the most pure. I chose 997 GT3 because the 997 is my favorite generation from a looks standpoint along with the 993.
Luckily these cars all cater to someone different, so we can all buy what we want and be happy with our choices.
Also, I am guessing clean 996 GT3's are getting harder to find. When that happens and people will pay up for a quality example, the market will go up.

Looks like it was and for considerably less money. Also the VIN was incorrect that I posted above, I corrected the O that he had in the for sale ad, but the 3 and 2 in the VIN were switched. Correct VIN here. WP0AC2A99AS783250

I don't really think $10K is "considerably" less money,... but I do think that a original msrp of $117K warrants a price closer to Marino. But of course that is only me, since I am a street guy, & the sort who values options, verses a stripper for the track.
12.9k miles is a nice low number, but not sure I believe $10k was spent on the "comprehensive and current service at Porsche Minneapolis performed at 12500"
