Based on your intel on this car, the seller did fairly well based on what they were looking for.

My GT3 may be for sale soon, thought I would post it here first...

2007 997.1 GT3
-17k miles
-Many upgrades, See .pdf (GT2 buckets, RS 4.0 clutch/flywheel, a lot of carbon, RSS, etc.)
-Coolant lines done
-No accidents
-Clean DME
-No leaks
-Clear film
-Price: $99k
One of the best you will find, PM with interest.

I'd be a little sketched out by the seller org for this car (& due-diligence / ppi of paramount importance),... and even tho it doesn't have leather with stitching as I would personally prefer,... the pccb's are nice, and miles decent at $115K asking price for a GT Silver....

There are range 4 and 5 ignitions present, albeit brief and likely single occurence about 270 operating hours ago.

I'm inclined to move forward, but want to hear any back stories should folks know.

Does anyone have a simple but historical graph of where the 997.1 and 997.2 RS cars have been in the resale market let’s say for pristine sub 10,000 mile examples

I’m curious if they’ve ever fallen significantly under MSRP. Trying to get back into another GT car but not sure timing is correct
