Don't sell the Camaro Mike. I have flirted with the idea of selling my '68 RS/SS 396/375-M21,... but just can't bring myself to do it.
My son & I absolutely love a split-bumper '70 ProTour,.... so I am drooling just thinking about yours.

Thats what all my friends (and wifey) are saying. It is a bada$s car. Bridging the gap of my C2S to a GT3 in 20' is possible if biz is good. Bridging it to an RS, little (a lot) tougher, but the (need?) want is there lol. That pumpkin, clean, with driven and reliably proven miles is what I'm after.....ya never know....

Loved following your thread. Did not realize it was a few years back, time flies. I did a nice long drive with Joe, David, and Wayne two years ago, what a blast and great company.
Your car checks off all my boxes. I'd have to sell two to buy one, and I love this one. I would take some time for my 70-ss/rs protouring Camaro to sell, and maybe not so much for my 997.2 c2s low mileage 6 Spd (with a sea foam interior...hint hint for any body reading )
Anyways, GL with sale...(to me, wishing....)

Sure. Love the car and the only reason for parting with it ever, ( other than health or complete financial catastrophe) would be upgrading to a GT3 or GT3RS, in 997 form.
The 997.2 C2S is Arctic Silver with a sea-foam blue (dark blu) interior. 6spd. 2011. In terms of options, has a heated wheel, no Chrono, no sport exhaust, I have the Marone (window sticker) to verify more options which escape the brain right now. According to one Porsche service advisor I talked to said it is most likely an ordered car and "may" be a one of one car, not sure on that but I've never seen anything close to a duplicate. Only has 30k miles on it, I got it at 17k and have had it for four years. Got it from Porsche of Grand Rapids, CPO'd.
I installed Eibachs, fake Fuchs (they are going bye bye, wheels aren't great quality for our wonderful CA roads), GT3 steering wheel (suede), ducky by Getty, front spoiler by GT3TEK (also going bye bye, installing the 991 one), Carrera script (maybe going bye bye when new wheels, most likely BBS's or HRE's, still deciding).
I'm looking for a GT3 or RS as a driver/tracker/auto-x car. I've tracked mine at Laguna Seca once, but the day was a wet day and enough to know that the car is amazing! I track my Camaro from time to time, the Camaro is a high end suspension (Detroit Speed and Engineering) and running Forgelines, roll bar, Recaros with Scroth harness, LS powered with a Tremec 6 Spd etc etc. I've competed in the OUSCi in a few events and the car did pretty well, better than me, I can't out drive the car. Going off track and 90 and "control steering" out of the skid is amazing. I can only imagine taking the Carrera to those limits....
Any questions just let me know, I check this thread bout every other day....

Should you ever decide to, feel free to PM me. Looking to buy a 67 or 68 within the next 2-3 months (an itch I've put off from scratching for far too long).

New GT3 listed. Speed Yellow over Black. WP0AC29917S792893. $97,990. 38k miles. Seems like a premium price for a higher mileage car.

Is that a valid VIN # for a GT3?? .. Dealer website shows it as a Coupe {Correction: As of this morning, the Dealer has updated their write-up and pictures}
==================================
Btw, did you guys catch the 2016 991 R that hammered at the Mecum auction today for $280k (+ buyers premium, $300,800 all in) ???
https://www.mecum.com/lots/FL0120-39...porsche-911-r/
Kinda seems like the market speaks on 991.1 pricing, even when its the rare 911 R.

BAT can be a very optimistic view of cars value or can way undervalue them. You see cars go for way more than they should, I guess it has 2 people in the auction that really want a particular car, and some never get close to a realistic reserve. Considering that this one is already at $76k, I am guessing it would at least get to $85k. I could see this one selling for low $90s, but I could also see it not getting to reserve, assuming that reserve is right around $85k.

Yes, curious on this one. Good find. Similar to my car.
