Good 997.2’s with low mileage are few and far between. I see the 997.1’s dipping in price much more with less than 10k miles than a good 997.2. But to be fair.... imo the 997.2 is such a better car than the .1.

Wrong.
Both .1 & .2 have softened considerably, this is a time to buy.
If people on the sidelines stay on the sidelines, they will be looking at other cars as the tide rises.

IMO, the 997.1 GT3RS is the car to have long term.....by far the lowest number of cars made for 997/997 GT3RS....so in the longer term will carry more value from that perspective and the most analog car for feel...

What is the market for a driver/collector 997.1 RS & 997.2 RS ???

My data is me being plugged into the market through my sources and cars that I follow from list to sale.
Your examples only back my point up more clearly.
Thanks.

Couple of green .1 around if you want to pay up. Road scholars, CNC, Chicago Motorcars, black horse motors.

Yes, seen those. The truth is I prefer the .2 engine and looks, but if no perfect build, then will fall back on one of the green .1. Touring stays no matter what.

More than other colors, but depends on the history, options and original msrp, and miles. Somewhere between $140k-$170k depending. But would still prefer .2 green PTS RS over the .1; even if more money of course. Would be a keeper and will depreciate like a rock because I’ll really drive it, but that’s okay. Already put 10.5k miles in 11 months on the Touring (only driven on weekends), but it’s been really fun.
