That was a disaster towards the end. The presentation was terrible, and the seller made some communication missteps. I’d say 120 was strong under the circumstances.
An owner like that is an impediment to every step of the sale. I will usually just avoid buying from people like that at all costs, unless it's something very very special or very cheap. With a guy like that the next things they will mess up the details on are the payment and shipping transactions. My number for a car like that would have been like $95k.
Sounds like the car! The previous owner wanted to trade me it for my Ferrari 458 but I wanted something with a bit higher miles that I could drive more without caring so I declined. I believe he's now shopping for the right 458.
If we're talking about the same guy, he has a PTS GT4RS allocation coming up and needed to make room in his garage.
I'd be pretty surprised if there were two white low milage 7.2 GT3s sold in SoCal within the same week, both for $188.
Gray/red .2 RS with 19k miles, PCCB’s, and FAL. Asking $340k. The car is Sharkwerks modified and some of you Bay Area guys may know the owner. Here’s his Instagram and Rennlist accounts.

I know this is pretty out there, but I’d sell my 997.1 GT3 for 3 bitcoin at today’s prices. I realize this is 210k in bitcoin. I’m not interested in otherwise selling the car. Again, I know this is super out there.
Basic specs are: third owner, 22k miles, PCCB, buckets, perfectly maintained w pinned lines, Guards LSD, and clean DME.

sounds like you’ll be enjoying the car for years to come!
Probably about to get flamed for this take but I’m kind of surprised how popular e88s seem to be for these cars. I think they look amazing on older cars like 964s and 993s but they don’t really do it for me on 997s.

E07s and MSPTs on the other hand…
I share your opinion but only because I don’t like that convex spoke style, where the face sticks out more in the center and then curves in towards the barrel. BBS LMs, on the other hand, where the face is totally flat (with the stepped lip), I am probably going to get a center lock version custom made. Supreme Power had a nice custom style but not exactly the way I wanted.

07s look phenomenal on them. Been debating on whether I’ll do 88 on my RS. Probably not for a while, as I think the stock color scheme is incredible.

Absolutely, the stock RS wheels in black look so good as is with the graphics and black accents that it's hard to improve on the stock package visually. The stock .1 RS is pretty much perfect to me.
Wish someone could convince BBS to do a 5 lug version of the E07 but with how behind they seem to be it seems like it may be a tall order, unfortunately.
