*so far.
500,000 Americans have lost "millionaire" status in the past month.
In a few months we will see how this affects car prices.

I didn't know PCA lets dealers advertise in their classifieds.
The Deal NJ community is made up of many people who have a home in Brooklyn NY and a 2nd home in Deal. Not surprised. with the two locations.

You may disagree with Porsche Warrington pricing, but Sloan/Richard Sloan Motors has always had the unicorn, one off, premo stuff. Looks like Warraington is part of Richard Sloan or Sloan family.

Great time to buy a car at well below normal value, and do very well for yourself long term. Dealers are freaking out right now and need to turn inventory or die.

Is now the time or a potential buyer should wait a little more ? I feel like as the CV situation keeps getting bad the prices will continue going down.

Here is another one priced well below the recent market - 52K! C2S with a manual and low miles! Although it is green....

Far off?
Bought one six weeks ago before the thing. Was within your prediction. High end of that mileage range might peek below $50k for 09 and 10 models if the thing lasts into the autumn.

Legends marked it as "Sold." Nice color combo though.

It's almost tragic that nearly every Porsche Racing Green (and Macadamia) 997.2 has that dreadful Sand Beige leather.
PRG/Mac over cocoa is a beautiful combo.

Oh man, look at this piece of S--T

I've seen far too many 997.2s in a beautiful color combo that are in crap condition.

If decent in person and passes a PPI, someone should jump on this quickly. Just listed 2 days ago.

If you read above, we are talking 997.2s. Big difference as I mentioned earlier. 997.1 aero kits are not difficult to find and I would not purchase a 997.1 with an M96/97 for any price due to chance it will score in the near future.

I also mentioned above and it has been discussed on here before that the big premiums apply to low mileage cars (lets say 20k or less). The car you link is a 997.1 with 62k miles. Cars like that that will never command a premium.

997.2s with aero kits are very difficult to find and they generally run $10k more for high quality, low mileage cars. I have been following 997.2 manual S and 4Ss with aerokits and pricing them since 2016/17 and almost pulled the trigger on 2.

Ask Patrick how long he looked for his and what he had to pay. Then take a look at his garage and you can realize he is no neophyte and knows 911s pretty well.

Great, I bought my 2009 C4S manual cab with 27K miles for $50k three years ago and spent 5K more getting it like I wanted it. Nothing like driving a Porsche for not a lot of depreciation. Maintenance can be a little painful if you do it all on time, but Porsches are not as bad as many other cars in the same market.
