I put my car in nuetral and pushed it 5' forward in the garage to keep the tires from flat spotting. I have stainless steel wool shoved in the exhaust tips. It's on the battery tender. After the pic I completely surrounded the car with rat sized glue traps.
So goes winter storage in the mountains of PA. My road has so many cinders on it that it looks like a gravel road. the DOT sprays the roads white with liquid salt every time snow is forecasted. And the potholes are massive.
My friend took his BMW out for a run and hit a pothole on the highway. M6 forged wheel destroyed, pilot sport trashed, suspension bent, towtruck ride, etc. I'll keep the 911 in the garage until April.

I've had a rubbing sound coming from my right rear tire for the past few months. It is a rubbing sound that starts out slow at low speeds and increases with speed and almost disappears at 35 mph. After checking to see if a rock was stuck between the brake shield and the caliper as well as checking for any strange wear on the brake pads and tire I took the RUF to our local shop Goldcrest Motorsports. They found a bad wheel bearing and replaced it today. $750 later with an oil change as well and good as new! Going later this week to have the car wrapped at Atlanta Custom Wraps.

Changed the oil and engine filter today. I must be getting better with age because I didnt spill a drop of oil on the driveway. Filled back up with 8.5 quarts and....perfecto.

Above freezing, sunny and no salt on the roads. Rare for northern Ohio in February. So, I couldn't resist. Disconnected the charger and hit the road. Got the oil hot. Put into sport mode. Nailed it getting onto I-75. Love this car. We are lucky, people. Like my new shift light. Back to reality. Put 997 away. Washed Cayenne. Put new rotors and pads on it.

I started on my 60k mile service. Did an oil/filter change, replaced cabin and airbox filters, and replaced wipers with Bosch Icons. To-do: spark plugs, coil packs, drive belt.
