What did you do to your 997 today?

I patched a small scrape on back of leather seat and re-glued carbon trim on cup holder. Then, I got into a mess with a broken bolt that the cup holder secures to and had to re-glue that and tighten everything up again.

I'm from Australia, so I'm not familiar with your local customs, what is up with the number plate? is it paper card? Or an aero piece?
Cheers!

Thanks! I just purchased the car so they give you temporary paper plates until the real ones come in. I noticed the front had ripped off after I took the picture so I taped it down to the plate frame. A bolder man than I would take off the front license plate altogether, but here in California that’s not permissible and I don’t want to deal with “fix it” tickets.

Busy weekend, I got the shifter/cables aligned decently (seems the throw from neutral over to 1st/2nd is a wee bit shorter than over to 5th/6th) to get it perfect where the throws are even means the shifter won’t sit dead center when in neutral. I might fiddle with it some more. Rear top hats came in, the old factory ones have seen better days. The harnesses are nice but I think I should have gone with 2’ down to 3’ shoulder straps (they look more badass). Gauge pod is not working like I planed. It blocks a lil bit of the factory gauges when mounted on the steering column but I’m gonna run it anyway

Installed ceramic tints on mine. 35% all around. So much better. I will post pix once I wash my baby.
