Had full detail/paint correction/ceramic pro gold done, looks great so far, was really impressed on how much it brought all the rubber and plastic trim back to life, even the wiper arms that were faded to a almost hazy grey colour look brand new, we'll see how it holds up.
Was the plastic also treated with ceramic coating (if so, which product) or painted black?
Cheers,

Was coated with ceramic pro gold which I believe is four coats plus one finishing coat. Made huge difference especially on plastic at base of windshield and side sills along the bottom of car. Now I'm not sure if they used a Mothers back to black type product first, but definitely no paint.
Like many I fitted the RSS semi solid mounts with my last service. Initially there was some extra noise and vibration, can’t say that I noticed any harshness.
As time went by and I clocked up some miles, the RSS mounts did settle down and N+V all but disappeared, everything felt tighter - the feel of the engine - the way the power was put down, it gives the car a more well put together feel, which is what I wanted.
Yesterday I picked up my car from my OPC after having had belt and tensioners replaced and fitting the orange function first transmission mounts. When I had it serviced and installed the RSS engine mounts the technician recommend that as I was replacing the engine mounts with semi solid ones then I should also replace the OEM transmission mount with a new mount as this was now the weakest link in the setup, engine nice and tight on its mounts but the transmission mount will now take all the extra strain and after so many years of use it won’t last too long.
First day of driving and my take on the NVH after RSS semi solid engine and FF transmission mounts:
Noise: No real noticeable increase in noise, I have Gundo hacked mufflers so it’s not so quiet. I will be installing some valvetronic back boxes with 200 cell cats soon so I will see how the noise levels change.
Windows closed, ac & stereo off was the setup in both cases;
IDLE: measured dB was at 66.4, which equates to a quiet street noise;
70ish mph, 5th gear 3000 rpm, dB was at 74.7, which equates to a normal conversation level, I’ve attached the dB meter snap shot.
Can’t say that it would be difficult to hold a normal conversation and the music wasn’t really drowned out by any noise increase.
Vibration: A definite increase.
At idle you can feel the rumble in the seat, there was no rattling inside of the car, but I can say that the rattling noise that I used to get from the passenger seat has disappeared, go figure
At 70 mph there is also an increase, this is due to the rpm, from 2800-3200rpm is where you can feel it most, is it too much? - not for me, it makes the car feel like a sports car, I know Porsche tried to reduce extra NVH but I like it, it is akin to a GT, it’s how you would expect a GT car to feel. The noise would probably bother me if I had to do a long run of say 500 miles plus - but I think that is true of any performance car to be honest,
Harshness:
Well, for me it’s not harsh, I’ve driven much harsher cars, but the car now feels more visceral, raw and the way it accelerates is day and night.
With the tip box there was always a lag in the way it would change up, even while driving it in manual mode and using the flappy paddles, this is all but eliminated. The clunk I used to get sometimes changing down has also gone.
Now if you bought your P car to be a sports cruiser then I would stay away from doing the semi solid engine mounts and the transmission mount inserts.
In my case, semi solid engine mounts and a new OEM transmission mount there would be no induced NVH.
I will update to see if the transmission mount settles at all, as I got the softest mount and try some longer runs with different rpm’s and get some more dB readings.
If anyone can post a dB reading of a standard 997.1 at idle, I used the app Decibel X, with windows closed, ac and stereo off and the car was at operating temperature, it would provide a great base line. At 70 mph At idle
I hit an odometer milestone on the way back from the Blue Ridge Parkway today. I didn’t have enough foresight to tweak the trip odo to match but I’m pleased that RPM played along.

That's pretty cool you got the speedometer and tach to match! Here's mine from 2 weeks ago. Not quite as cool as yours, since it didn't occur to me to try to match the other numbers, but...
With quad exhaust tips to replace the single-outlet factory tips. Little man likes the finish! It was quite a chore finding shims to fit the 2.5” tips onto the 2” OEM pipes

I just picked up my 997.1 TT last week. I hadn't used back to black since I was a teenager 25 years ago. It did an amazing job of making the hazy grey trim near the windshield look almost exactly like the picture above. I am sure it will take more upkeep then ceramic treatment, but it was $12. It didn't come off at all in the heavy rains on Wednesday and Thursday.

I replaced the plastic cowling at the base of the windshield. It was surprisingly cheap and easy to replace.
Finally starting to do some work on her...bumper panel off in preparation for Sharkwerks X-Pipe installation. Installed ECS spacers, 15s on rear and 10s up front, along with lug studs. We will have more projects in the near future, and one side benefit to Covid is having our college age son home/studying virtually.
