The install is not hard, but you have to be careful with the parts.
I was literally thinking "Man I hope I don't drop one of these" and sure enough, I immediately dropped one of the mounts into the body. It was terrifying wondering if I was going to be able to fish this oddly shaped, triangular aluminum part out of the subframe of the car (took a while by I got it out).
This link has step by step instructions -- when I ordered the top mounts, they came with a copy of these exact instructions -- in German.

For the top itself, you definitely need at least 2 people unless you already have it hoisted to a secure overhead system. DO NOT try doing it alone.
Good luck.

Got an iPod nano and got all my music loaded on it and using the cable can now play it all in my C4S with no problems. Been learning how to go through the menus on the PCM 3.0 to make it all work. The nano fits right into the console tray too. Perfect size.

Drove back from Bella Vista, Arkansas after morning golf. Some serious twisty up and down roads up there. Didn't have time but thought about the scenic Drive in New Boston mountains. Instead took the highway down through Fayetville to I 40. I was loafing along in the right lane at like 75 and enjoying the mountain view. Felt like I was holding up traffic. So, after a string of SUVs and pickups buzzed past I just moved over and got in line. I just though we drove sort of fast on Texas Interstates. Triple digits except for the 18 wheelers. It felt like I was in Europe but in a much better car than my rental last time there.

Did the same thing with a 4th Gen Ipod Touch. It is too old to do anything but play music. Works well in my 2011. It also foods in tray. Can control from 3.0 PCM.
