I went and looked at this car in person yesterday after it went RNM. I made an offer at close to the RNM price but wouldn't go higher due to the following reasons:
-Car needs the 50k service and will soon need the 60k(big cost with the PDK fluid requiring PIWI's to reset), owners owned it for 2 years and has just done an oil change.
-Needs new tires, tires dated 2016 and not "enthusiast" tires from my opinion.
-The red carpeting on the inside is very "polarizing"
-Car has no clear bra and you can see a little bit of sideskirt sag/yellowing on the factory molded protectant above the sideskirt(not sure how to describe this piece).
-It will show an RNM at 73k for the rest of the cars VIN which will bring down the value along with the PDK + red interior.
I saw this car on BaT when it was listed and thought the exterior was very cool and a lot to like, but the PDK along with interior made me think it would not attract much attention and apparently did not. Gotta really want that interior.
Steve, you have 18-way adaptive sport seats. There are two horizontal buttons near the corners of each seat to adjust the leg and torso bolsters. Those are unique to the adaptive seats. You have nice looking seats, BTW! Painted backs look sweet.

This is all very interesting, since ALL this time I thought I had 14-way seats (looks like I do not know how to count the movements mine has)
... I also went back to my window sticker, and my actual build sheet, and I do not see a P01 option anywhere. weird.
......... I'll add a few pictures of my seats below too,... so if there is any further info I can learn here today!! Here are the options that I do see on my build sheet:
951 - Front Seat Covers, Alcantera/Leather/Leather
342 - Heated Front Seats
XSA - Sport Seat Backs Painted in Ext Color
377 - Sport Seat Backrest Shell, LE, Electr
378 - Sport Seat Backrest Shell, RI, Electr
25851 - Seat Stitching Deviated

Thanks for this info too BustaR,
... for some reason I thought the term "Adaptive" meant that there were buttons on your door which provided seat-position-memory (like on my 958 Cayenne Turbo from 2012),... which of course my 997.2 would NOT have LoL
I would double check this car did not get rear-ended. The "4" badge is not centered right, and the top LHS of the engine cover seems out of line with the other panels. It's so hard to tell from CM pics, but double check.
That is a smoking deal both on the car and the warranty. Does their warranty cover everything except wear items? Would it cover a PDK?
yes - everything but wear items - pdk included. Need to keep up with maintenance not to void it. I always serviced it on schedule at Porsche dealer so they would pick up on anything it needed.

thanks - will check. I am going to get a 24 hour test drive, another perk so should be able to spend a good amount of time looking it over.
I did all my service at home. They still covered $5k power steering line.. and a spark plug that was causing misfire. Sometimes their hourly book time differs from dealer actual time, that’s the biggest risk
