No, you are correct. Carrara White was the official launch color, and the most popular since it contrasts well with the black trim and center lock wheels. I would be happy if there were more colors too, which would make the white GTS more rare, but Porsche builds what buyers buy.
In order to get a meaningful answer, I think you would need to provide more information on the car.
sight unseen the floor is likely to be no lower than in the mid-to-high US $70k range. Could be a lot higher based on color and configuration. Just my gut based on what I’ve seen for sale. The top end may even exceed the original MSRP if it’s a unicorn.
Thanks, just looking to understand where I am, and my potential options for something new.
Meteor Grey Coupe, Sport Chrono, 6sped, Full leather, comfort seat, RWD, I'm the 2nd owner have have all docs since 9k miles.
I didn't post detail, because I'm not ready for a "for sale ad."
My motivation is less than trying to doing a feeler as I've gotten reasonable offers but without something else to jump into I don't mind it sitting in the garage.
I was under the impression the results of this listing puts a solid upper bound for me at 80k. As it's similar in all objective properties like milage, centerlock, chrono, and no aero.
What's everyone else's thoughts on subjective properties like color, sport seats, steering wheel and such affect the price?

Bid to $94,000 with buyer premium and no sale. Listed on their website for $115,000 and sold.
Here's another interesting one 6MT GTS Guards Red, 5k miles asking for $124k (That's USD not CAD). More than the original MSRP of $116k. Just support the theory that you have to pay up for the low mileage, interesting color 997.2 GTSs
Gotta disagree with Doug H- the blue unicorn that sold on BaT was a once in a model-run build.
No contest between the red Aerokit car and this gorgeous 997 Sport Classic inspired GTS.
(The aesthetic of the 997 Aerokit "melted plastic park bench" rear spoiler has never appealed to me.)
This one is listed as sold so I guess someone agreed with me.

Doug H. Do we know the white one and the red one sold at the dealer asking price? Why would it only bid up to 94+5k if it can be sold for 115k? Simply the buyer didn't know BAT exist?
