I'm probably switching over to the CRS V2's. Supposed to last just as long as the NT01's but much stickier...

After the commentary, I've been staring at some hi def pics of the 19s.

Concluded that I'm loving building this car.

Man, I almost pulled the trigger on a seal gray 996TT but didnt want to fork out the extra 10K for it so i settled for a run of the mill silver TT which is still very nice.

your car looks awesome @2fcknfst !

With that said. based on your pictures, I would definitely lower the car a bit and add some more rake. A 996Cup runs a 21mm rake. A 997Cup uses a 42mm rake. I use a 42mm rake. Porsche put a lot more rake in the 997Cup chassis which is essentially what my car uses.

A 6TT I would set it up at 115/130 ride height with a 15mm rake. That's equivalent to a 20mm rake on a a 6GT2 due to the different subframes. With the taller rear 19" tires, I would shoot for a 25mm rake on the 6TT, give or take.
Hey John, where are the measuring points to achieve this?

I was somewhat liking that it was a bit higher in the front and will protect the lip, but will it really effect the driving dynamics much?
I doubt it matters all that much for a street car. I just always try to hit certain numbers when doing a performance alignment and don't really take into consideration things like lip clearance. Things scraping from time to time is just part of the game is just how I look at it.

What sizes would you use - and where do you get them? Perhaps I'll try a set next time.

Yes, I bought two front lips at the same time as I know they'll eventually get wrecked.

I'll make a few measurements this weekend, and hopefully see it in the sun to get a good idea of how it's sitting.

Cheers,
