was gonna say.

oh, and to add to that. one of my door micro switches is wonky. so the window drop per usual but goes back up before i shut the door. i blame the heat though i think the plunger bit may have failed since the switches ( and window drop ) still operate as intended.

so i gotta now close the door gently while holding the handle so the window remains lowered until last moment argh.

30$ part. oh well. my new to do "list" door handle switch and n75 r&r. it could be worse lol

Left the Turbo at home and went to a track day in the Lotus. I was racing against some GT4's which did pretty well, and the Turbo did well on the track last time, but the Lotus is at a whole new level.

Did a Porsche Club auto-x on Saturday. Had a ton of fun, car likes to be thrown around. Whenever I tried to drive it neat, it was much slower. Ended up with a time that put me in the top ten.

Very nice! Have you ran the car yet since replacing them? See you have a hose hanging down between the 2 exhaust sensors, I seen this on mine and was wondering what the hell it was and if it was meant to go somewhere.. obviously not!

It's a steam/vent drain from the coolant reservoir. I was curious and traced it.

Great! I planned on doing the same! I’m curious if you have ran your car since you replaced the coils and plugs? I’m very excited to see If my car runs better or anything.

Drove it about 3 miles to make sure all was well. Car idles smoother and seems to have smoother revs through the range that I drove it through. DIdn't get on it. I also did the fuel filter so that could be a part of it too.

Hooked up to a PIWIS, reprogrammed the DME/Alarm system/Coding to Version 4 so now my doors only lock when I want them to. Personally not a fan of the 3mph auto lock feature.

I rolled my car out of the garage to wash it on Saturday. Ended up doing some other projects and taking care of a sick wife and kid. I finally washed the car this morning, drove it around the block, and parked it back in the garage.

Did you physically roll your car out or start it and drive it out?

I normally try to avoid short startups so was wondering if you were doing the same thing.
