I wouldn't buy one of those in a million years. I destroy at least one front lip splitter a year.

I hear that, especially at that price point.

Mounted. They are most certainly taller, hopes this helps with traction.

Should aid in protecting my front lip a little more too.

What size tires? I'm sure you said previously somewhere in the thread...

---
Never mind, I see the label, on the rears at least. 305/30-19.
Fronts 235/33-19?

Those are the sizes on my Polar turbo with KW V3's, PS4S tires. They don't look quite so humongous on the car. Re-springing the front and adding a bit more height. Rear fender liners had a slight rub until I did the GT2 bracket mod. Front lip catches way more than my other Turbo with 18" GT2 tire/wheel sizing, I think made a bit worse with the added rake.

May I ask about the size of the rear rims?

I'm running on 8,5Jx19 ET40 (front) and 10Jx19 ET40 (rear) on the 986 ... and that seems the absolute maximum which can be made fit on the small chassis

245/35R19

I would expect some drop of top speed.

I put in the gt2 brackets after I had a catastrophic failure on highway 3 a few years back, so I am hoping it will be a bolt on affair with no issues.

245/35/19, 305/30/19

Hopefully I'll find some time this morning to get at least one side on.

19x9 and 19x12

Yes, top speed will suffer, but hopefully I'll pick up some mileage at cruise.

Which ET on the rear? This could be tough to fit.

They are dimensionally identical to the Apex 19x12, ET46.

It is 0400 here, going to hit the gym for a couple of hours and then fit the drivers side, so we shall know soon if they fit ...

My 245 front rubs a bit fully locked into a turn on the front inner liner but it has not been an issue as I think this only occurs when I am parking somewhere tight.
