new here, so go easy on the enthusiasm im experiencing with my new to me 03 tt... more bonding today by actually driving the car some!! took the 60 mile coastal jaunt to my folks' house to make use of my pops' lift for some additional maintenance items. after the drive over hwy 17 to santa cruz and down 1 to their place we got underway with a flushing of the brake system, change of both the tranny/transfer fluids along with the front diff lube. after researching here on RL it seemed like id done it before with not the slightest hiccup..

having resisted trailering my old racecar down to his place for work im pretty sure moving forward this road car will be headed down there for most work, other than say an oil change. also having it up on the rack allowed me to really look the underside over. I did not attend the ppi on the car so this was a great chance to really get familiar. sorry for the crummy phone shots.

No problem on my end with your enthusiasm.

I don't blame you for planning on taking the car to your dad's for maintenance; hanging with one's dad and working on cars is time well spent in my book.
