After 10 days in Oz for business, I picked her up at 9a and enjoyed every second of my spirited fifteen minute drive home.

Replaced the burled maple horseshoe on the radio surround. Original was cracked. Picked up a perfect OEM replacement from the classifieds.

Went to Auto Club Speedway and just did parade laps with my 14 year old son in the car. He is not into cars (yet), but really liked the high banking.
Met up with a few guys in the garage and one of them just bought a beautiful a 2004 996 GT3.

friend and i installed the RSS 928 roll bar... everything is fitted and the floor board drilled, just need to retap the threads on the bar and buy new hardware. it was likely cross threaded by the previous installer.. yikes.
guess i should likely try to remove the rear belts as well.. .. and the rear wiper motor... hrm.

Put some nice hollow spokes on the car! The Foose speedsters that the previous owner had on it are for sale in the classifieds!
