That's an eBay shift boot, the factory shift ****/boot are in my basement. Center console is factory. Yeah, that's why I'd only want the "little" CF package. A friend had the full CF package in his car and all the large pieces were cracked/worn, despite being replaced multiple times under warranty. I think the best CD is the hand brake, shift ****, radio and instrument cluster surround and that's it. The other larger CF pieces and little dash pieces just get too beat up.
I also like the door sills and the door pocket covers and pulls or whatever they care called. I tried to break up the sea of CF with an ashtray delete painted the same color as the shifter trim. I am terrible at painted so I think it came out ok.
Hi guys
I’m about 6’-3, and I don’t have much leg and foot room. After some research and position trials I decided to push my seat back. I looked at Extendmyseat, but had communication difficulties so I decided to make my own. There’s a few details because the seat attachment is not flat.
Anyway I measured before and after and I gained 3” of legroom. I probably only need 2”. Also I have ordered a steering wheel spacer and smaller, flat bottom steering wheel, to complete my approach.
So far the legroom is a huge improvement.
Thanks
Drove the OPR from a Trackcross at Dominion Raceway off my tires on the way to Summit Point.
Sucked at the PCA Potomac region autocross. To be fair, the first half of the course was designed for a Morris Mini-minor. The course designer got lost, twice. They usually do much much better.
I played with the Ohlins damper setting in the rear for the first time. With the Bose system in, you can feel the clicks through the extenders, but they are super subtle.

That's the CF package I have, also the batwing and the little trim strip that crosses the dash are CF. I've got a CF steering wheel too.

can you remind me where you got those quilted mats?
When the stock turbos were replaced by K24s from techart some weeks ago, the garage had problems getting some oil pipes removed from the Thermostat / Water Pump housing.... so they simply installed a new one.
I was a bit shocked how expensive this piece of alloy is, so I took the old part and carefully removed the stuck pipe ends this weekend .... just in case someone needs one... here's a spare.

offer it up for sale... someone (like me) could have it welded off the car and then swapped in...
Got my #16 check valve installed, now it holds pressure!!
I still have a leak though and it loses about 10 lbs in 3 minutes..I can hear it hissing. It sounds like its coming from behind the plenum but I cannot seem to locate it.

Anyone have any ideas?
The goal is not to make it completely air-tight, you are always going to have some bleed down in pressure. If it's taking 3 minutes to bleed down from 15 to 5 psi, you are fine.

SO i can get away with it hissing like that? It seems like something is still leaking but once it drops down to about 10 psi it holds pretty consistently and slowly bleeds off. I start to hear the hiss around 15 psi (1 bar) of pressure.

Is that not exactly where the #16 is located? Because it sure "hisses" while losing air when hairline cracked. Check all connections again??
