You're absolutely right! Seriously, if the seats weren't properly done by a professional, then more than likely they didn't have a sealant sprayed on after they were dyed. My wife would kill me! hahaha I can see it now, she getting it with her pretty white shirt and then getting out and noticing.... yikes!!!!

Speed yellow/black with body kit. Not sure which wing this is? It's not the taco, so I guess aftermarket. Pretty clean looking. $21k ask.

Very beautiful Cabriolet... the red aero package is nicely done... not overdone like many. I'm happy to see a red 996 with appropriate tan leather instead of the more common black or even the graphite grey interior. I don't like the older silver Kenwood, but that can be swapped out pretty easily. This is the dual row IMS 1999 and so you should be able to get many more years out of the car before swapping it out. At 18,500, it's a pretty darn good deal especially if the owner is willing to knock off a little more on the price. But you may also want to get a PPI since the owner has not posted the service history or any documentation.

Are those seats even original? I've never seen one with red interior where the door panels don't match. Calipers have been painted red, which I like, but it looks like a quick job (no P decal either).
There is something fishy with this car. I wouldn't feel comfortable buying it, no matter the price. People keep moving on, so there must be a reason.

Actually I kind of like the red seats, though a darker shade like the Boxster Red might look better. Gives it a nice pop, but no they are not factory and have been recovered.

Nothing jumps out at me just from the pics. I might be over in Arlington at the Rangers game on Wed, if you want a local check out. Can't do all the PPI stuff but I can have a look for obvious stuff and do the top test. For that mileage, and condition, if you want a cab with the hardtop, this is a deal at the price.
