Whats the LEAST desirable interior color? What do you think goes better with the exterior color?

Savannah Beige is the least desirable early 996 interior. Nephrite Green is the rarest. And Space Grey is the most desirable (and 2nd rarest).

That explains why I couldn’t find a white over nephrite .1

You can search your whole life and not find a Nephrite. And when they do come up for sale it’s only for a few seconds. YMMV

AFWIW Savannah has been called: “hearing aid yellow”. That’s pretty harsh, but I’m not a fan either; would not personally touch it. Conversely I would buy a Graphite Grey but only with deviating (Black) carpet/dash

If it’s any consolation Cashmere Beige air cooled just as bad as Savannah. Porsche never was adept at “beige”

Space Grey is simply a better (less shiny) Black. A true GOAT Porsche interior color for the Pantheon

Not sure how 79.5k EUR ($85k USD) asking price gets you to 6 figures, but I admire the enthusiasm.

I definitely agree the 996 is undervalued. Some things are rare for a reason .

id put natural brown over space gray. Natural gray as well.

agree on Savannah, especially if not full leather. Savannah colored plastic is trash.

Natural Brown too much “baseball mitt”

And Natural Grey uses an anomalous dyeing process that doesn’t hold up over time; even by 20K miles can look like crap. Can’t unsee that

I think mold was one of the few that wasn't wrong with my Cayenne. I'm sure if I had kept it a little longer I could have been dealing with that too.

Matter of time before a dealer did this? Agree with you on that and it wont get the $85k no matter how long the dealer lists. While we all want our 996s to go in value, I hate dealers like this. the 996.2 aero at $34k is a better deal

Here's a Zenith over Space car that sold in BaT earlier this year. It is a dark grey and the carpet is almost purple/pink hued depending on the lighting.
