My father in law just turned 90 and drives a 2-seat MB roadster

He doesn’t give a rip what people think about him

In addition to all of their other attributes, it appears that red 996's might just be the newest sure-fire elixir for long life

my dad who passed away in 2007 was exactly like that. After I retired I became exactly like that. Anyway when I read your comment made me think about this book, my wife actually bought it for me. Maybe your father in law will smile if you get him a copy.

@bdronsick how can you drive a turbo in a state that outlaws radar detectors? Come visit NJ and we'll go fast, LOL.

I took the 99 out yesterday for cars and coffee. From Katy in at 7:30 in the morning no much traffic on a 6 lane interstate, anyway awesome drive, driver window down no ac taking it up triple digits a few times, humidity is lower now and I don’t need to run the ac. I don’t have a radar detector on the 99, the turbo has an integrated K40 with a remote control.

I have a K40 system integrated into both of mine. Trust them explicitly. Took a quick jaunt up to 145 the other day on a wide open stretch of pavement.
