Mine became a limo car, with its own bar. Cars and biers . Mini bar, bottles of my bourbon blend. Lowest octane there is 90 proof. Thursday my car started having a weird throttle response thing, and went bad really quickly, with a CEL. I guessed it might be a vacuum leak, but it turns out my throttle body failed, broken gear or something, will take photos. Could not get the part on Friday so my Indy have me the loaner 530i. I brought it home and washed it for them. Today I did a paint correction on the bonnet, I don't think the car gets washed too often, if ever... I did iron, clay bar, alcohol wipe and single stage polish, then finished with a ceramic sealant polish by McKees. I'm hoping he'll give me a discount on the work haha. Tomorrow I'll do the roof and trunk, and the headlights, they're so bad ... Car has 179k miles on it.

Replaced the Airbag Control Module under the center console and cleared the Airbag light. Bought a used module off Ebay for $80 in lieu of a new unit for $1,100. YAY!

u can get to it by removing the center consul and lower section of the center stack.
Thanks, I may take you up on your offer,. I'm still trying to isolate the issue. I updated my original post on the airbag issue. Basically I'm not sure I got the correct wire and if it is the correct wire, how to use it.
I purchased that mini duck tail off ebay . It was advertised as a " Singer style " ducktail . I like the subtle look . It is held on with 3M double sided tape .
