You should find an amazing dentist and then you'll love it

Sunday swapped out my locked up drivers side window motor assembly for the refurbished one I bought off ebay. Went quick maybe 1.5 hours. Window now works perfectly and is much stronger. The motor has been dying for some time

First... new Ignition Swith, because my Key turns hard and sometimes it doesnt gets out of the lock. But...doesnt work. So i gets out the hole Part left of the steering and found a lot of Grease, that turns into something hard as Candy. Clean with Break Cleanes, puts PTFE Spray in it... better, but not good. Next step: cleaning the lock itself with Break Cleaner, cleaning the Key, puts PTFE Spray into the lock... LIKE NEW!!!

Next: put a 991 Badge to the front hood. Like those more than the original ones...

NEXT: Build a now fuelcap with gold Screws and without the "Clic" Mechanism. With those, the Cap isn´t straight when closing it...so you have to turn it another 20 Clics to make it straight...but thats so loud so the other Persons around thinks im an Idiot becaus i´m too dump to close my fuelcap right... so...it´s lightweight, it works, i´m happy with the Result!

NEXT ... doing my Gemballa Exhaust to the 996. Sorry, no Pics for that. It´s quieter as i thought! But it gets louder when the get warm... so it´s fine for me! Picture is an older one from the day i install the exhaust Pipes. I like it like that... perfect size.

NEXT: Install a new Climate Display from AliExpress. Fits PERFECT, works PERFECT, looks similar to the original one. Maybe the Letters are a little bit different. Bt you only see that if you look on an original one. So for me: i don´t care. I like it like that.

NEXT: Test my new Rims... ETA BETA Krone, 11x18 with 285/30. When it gets lower next Weekend i think this going to look great. I have to repaint them... thos red centers looks horrible.

By the way i install my GT3RS Carbon Rear Wing... just for looking. Seems to be good with the rest of the Aero Kit i´ve bought!

Next step will be to create new side parts for the wing, because they get lost somehow...

So... thats enough for one day i think...

Also helps they're one of the lightest OEM wheels (the rears are lighter than the precious 408 hollow spokes) Tires should be here this week then I'll mount them

I forgot that fact! However, I currently have GT3 wheels on it, so I might mix it up next season...

I installed a wireless backup cam with a 5.8" display mounted in place of the CD storage unit. The cam is from TypeS. I removed the CD storage trays, machined a piece of black starboard (plastic) to fill the hole where the CD holders were. The camera display has a magnetic mount on it so I screwed the magnetic mount to the machined piece of plastic and cut a slot for the USB cable to go down to the USB port I installed using the cell phone connector plug in the center console.

New starter. Started slow cranking when hot about 6 months ago. Now it's amazingly fast regardless of temp. Same thing happened with my Cayenne.

No pics, didn't happen. So here's pics.

New/old

Plenum out, easy access to electrical and upper bolt (please disconnect your battery first...)

Lower bolt access is easy with a long extension under the alternator, just like the Bentley calls out.

If anyone wants either old starter, they are yours for the price of shipping (which is a lot these days, guessing $30?) PM if yes.

I’m considering engine mounts. Any before and after pics? Thanks
