I should have ordered the GT3 shifter🤦‍♂️
Didn’t go for a drive but the stock 997 feels a bit tighter than the old 996 unit.

After I get mine installed maybe we can meet up and see how they compare. We are not far away at all.

Put a few coats of plastidip on my wheels. And now that I have, I totally want to paint these wheels gloss black. I love it!

Are those the Victor Zuffen wheels? I considered them before pulling the trigger on Apex SM-10. Car looks fantastic.

Default Beer 🍺 run

After getting .25 cents per gallons off on my shell v power, beer run special two cases of Miller lite at $17.97, 12 pack IPAs at
$13.89 , 4 bottles of cheap wine, total $67, on top of all that crap Amex believes I’m buying groceries so another 6 percent cash back life is good.

The frunk is good for beer 🍺 runs on my 996.1.

For just the the second time in 45 months, I’m 996-less...at home.

It got dropped off at the body shop this morning to match the paint on my new wing/deck.
Then they asked me to leave it so when they paint tomorrow morning they can confirm they got the correct shade of seal grey.

Kind of weird to not be able to look at it in the garage.

can’t tell how bad your paint was, but when they did my M635CSI it was a $5,000 job, off course you could tell the difference between that and a Mayco paint job, sometimes you get what you pay for.

My paint is in great shape, I’m just having my new(used) GT3 deck painted seal grey.
I’m leaving the GT3RS wing bare carbon fiber.
This is the same shop that painted my taco spoiler(7/2018), side skirts(12/2018) and repainted my headlight covers to match closer.(2019)
They do a great job of paint matching, and didn’t want to just use the formula they used for the taco spoiler in 2018 like I’d suggested.
”Close enough is not good enough.”
