What did you do with your 993 today
#2911
Taking 1998 993 C2 to shop today for door clicking and wing getting stuck up at times. Also thinking replacing steering wheel with Momo Prototipo. Thoughts? All else original and in great condition. Thoughts on changing out the steering wheel? Thanks

I will provide a feedback once tried and tested.
I’ll also update the transmission mounts, so comparison might be a litte colored by all the other upgrads. If I find them too stiff, you can have mine

A bit of detailing
It’s been raining for 2 straight days so I spent some time in my garage. Turned on ZZ Top, grabbed a beer and the dog then went to work. Washed, clayed, polished, sealed, then waxed the 993.

Replaced my spark plug cables after seeing this on the cable going to the lower rear-most plug on the passenger side. Held off doing this as long as I could but finally dove in to do it. Wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought, just time consuming and a bit tedious. Patience and being methodical is a must! Replaced with OEM Beru cables in case anyone is wondering. Had done spark plugs and distributor caps/rotors 10k miles ago so this capped everything off.
