Blasted the spare front wishbones with glass beads and got them ready for rebushing.
One befeore and after pic and both finished on the bench.
It is not exactly as even as machine blasted, but i am pretty pleased with the result:

That will be more abrasive than nut or glass, so you can be more careful. Just make sure, that you dont use material that has been used on steel before. It will otherwise blast steel particles in the aluminum surface and rust.
