I found the clutch line rubber seal saved from the submerged car, and I also was lucky to recover one of the two rubber seals that are used to take in place the vacuum line right underneath the gearbox lever, but I am missing the other one and there is no part number on the one I found.
July 2022 will be 4 years this adventure started and I am trying to get the car running for that time, it doesn't matter if the coachbuilder will have to take some more weeks to complete its work, I am now looking forward to hear her engine running, still can't believe it!
I wish an happy Easter 🐣 to you all guys!

Asking you guys the same I am right now asking on Instagram.
In the latter times, we are assisting to a trend that is taking the owners of super beautiful 993s always to a further aggressive aero configuration.
In the very beginning, back on 2018 I was also considering to make a tribute of a 993 RSR of this splendid Lime Yellow 993, but then I at least temporarily changed my mind, too much pain just the idea of assisting to the rear quarter panels being cut just a while after having been welded back in place.
The first layout of Limoncella is definitely going to be in her original pure shapes, so I suspect we will all have the possibility to see both the esthetic configurations, since I am not going to sell the full M003 aeropackage, waiting on the shelf to be installed.
It will be a very hard decision to which configuration give the preference...

...easy! The non-aero config, as above, shows the classic lines of the 993 in the best way possible .

the very last important missimg part is the DME engine wiring harness, the one that goes from the 55 pin motronic socket into the engine bay.
Do you guys know if the socket, plugs, etc. are available as spare brand new bosch parts?
Being the harness no longer available, it is very probable it will have to be rebuilt/copied.

Send these guys a message and inquire exactly what you're looking for- I've seen their motorsport work and it's amazing-
https://www.ksvlooms.com
If you scroll down a bit on the website you can see some of their custom work. It would be easy to send them the existing waterlogged or damaged harness and have them re-create a proper one.

Engine is finally under rebuild.
Meanwhile I am sourcing the tiny clamps, plastic hooks, and little missing parts, in order to hang the fuel, brake, vacuum, electrical lines to the chassis once and for all.
Then it will be the time for the steering column, the front axle fully assembled, and the electrical systems, exactly the way they were originally installed.
on the shocks side, the car oroginally had the M030 option, what were the differences of the shocks/springs, compared to the standard ROW shocks/springs?
I need at first to set up the car in her full original specifications, and only later I will introduce some mods.
So it would be important to set up the car with her M030 shocks and springs, at the right M030 ride height.

These documents may be of some help in determining the correct shocks and springs for the M030 setup.

There were difference between the turbo/4S/M030 option shocks?
I found these shocks that the seller claims to be coming from a 993 4S and with decent mileage: my question is, could be this type/brand of shocks opened and overhauled, or are from the type that is not possible to do that?
Front right
front left
rear right
rear left
These instead are the front and the rear I found on the submerged yellow 993
river aged shocks

It would appear the red bodied shocks were manufactured by Monroe, so I guess you could contact them to ask about a rebuild. I would not think it's likely, but it can't hurt to ask.
It's interesting the shocks original to the car are painted blue, as all Boge shocks should have been green (and as noted in the Technical Information). Maybe the yellow transferred from the shock to the body of the car after all those years in the water, leaving you with blue shocks!

If the original monroe shocks above are original M030 and can be opened (in case they are tired), I would consider buying them, so to have its original suspension set up.
But I would also consider to buy some other type of used suspension such as Bilstein B6 or B8, if these have more modern valving, also to be set up at M030 ROW ride height.
The other possibility, but I don't lnow if technically it is thebright choice, would be using the ROW BOGE shocks absorbers coming from silverina and use some other springs to lower the car.
It is a temporary thing, so also the last way could be fine.
