Agreed. I couldn’t find it in the 992.1 GTS, but I’m very pleased to report the T’s got one. Let’s hope the .2 keeps the magic going

I see used Roma from 190K online. I admit a used Roma is still more expensive, but they are in the same ballpark.

But I was mostly referring to a new 992 RS vs a used F8 Tributo. The new normal crazy adms of the 992 RS definitely put it into used Ferrari F8 territory.
I actually think it will be worse than that. I ordered a 992.1 C2S and it came to $163K. I don't have a crazy amount of options on there - I guess you could say FAL and 930 leather are extraneous. Even without that it would be $158K. 8% increase to the base price = ~$170K for car with the same options (big assumption to hold options prices constant). ADM will be ~$10K. So now it's ~$180K. For an S. I think that's where we are headed. But I guess Porsche does want to elevate its brand even further so all these price increases make sense strategy wise.

In Europe we are moving to €210k-€220k for a very well optioned carera 4s cabriolet/targa and €230k-240k for a similar gts model.

Speculation - since we do not have double confirmation - rear seats will be optional for a price.

@Pivot Not launching now. They told me a bit later: autumn or winter 25. But not much later for sure.

Thank you for your comments. I know a lot about the GT world, but less about carrera pricing.

180K 992.2 C2S or 205K 992.2 GTS cost less but definitely in the ballpark of a pre owned Roma.

Suspect service costs and reliability of Ferrari much higher and not as good respectively.

I will pay $250K for my new 2025 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.7L (on allocation) .

I will never buy any hybrid or any EV Porsche 911. Never. Stupid plan by Porsche, I hope Dr. Porsche will stop it.

I say go EV on the Boxster and Cayman first and see how it works?

Actually all Ferrari Roma come with 7 year free maintenance. So cost of servicing is not an issue at all for first 7 years. After that 7 years it is no different than a 7 year old 911 GTS or Turbo/S

Extremely minor, not even worth bothering about. If they come u can replace the badges in 5 minutes or de-badge the car. And usually there is a black option at least.

Have you owned a Ferrari?

I've owned three, and still own one.

All three have been more reliable than the three Porsches I've owned.

What has your experience been like?

And for the first 7 years of ownership, there are zero service costs (aside from consumables like pads and tires).

What kind of service costs did you have to incur in your many years of owning, no doubt, multiple Ferraris.

Unless you’re in that purple circle you’ll be waiting a year for your 992.2 no matter where they tell you you reside in the “queue”.
