Hi all
My first post on here- and I'm stoked!
Been hoping and planning for a T since the last gen.....didn't think it would happen, but got super lucky and secured a last-minute allocation on Saturday (after months of no-go at multiple dealers), locked/froze the order on Monday... and it's going into production 3/10! A whirlwind of a week- but more than thrilled!
Really appreciate all of the incredibly useful info and updates on the build/order process on this thread.

Thank you, it only took 10,353 builds on the configurator (I exaggerate but you know what I mean).

That's gonna be purdy. The only thing it's missing in the aero wing. LOL (Just kidding. I know you are going for an understated look outside.) I bet the GT silver interior accents will look fantastic! Especially with the green T interior. I can't wait to see pics

If I was in a different area of America, I would've been inclined to order Python Green with an Aerokit and Lizard Green T Interior Package. That would've looked awesome. Maybe if we take up residence in Sarasota, a real possibility, I'd go with that combo.

I never took into consideration where I live when I ordered green. Hmm. I guess IDGAF. 😀

I'm not sure if you said that specific combo because you remember it's my combo or if Python was your first choice in wild colors, but either way, I agree. I understand what you said about your small town dilemma too. Your car will be fantastic. GT Silver is probably the best pure color on a Porsche and it shows off the body lines so well. It's a super deep color with lots of metallic qualities that looks better the closer you look at it. Sure, if you step back it starts to fade into the surrounding traffic, which of course is ideal for flying under the radar. As for me, I love loud cars for my weekend toys. My DD'er is a white Audi sedan. And around Long Island, a German sedan is like a taxi. lol

Exactly where I am currently…just debating if I go with exclusive wheels. Think the Lizard Green with painted interior trim will be just enough interior flair for those who like to fly under the radar.

Will save the loud color for when funds are restored and I can add a 73 T to garage.

It is so cool to see 992T in production for two reasons:

1. My 992T is coming home in May, just in time for summer
2- 992.2 release is closer than we think, as Porsche is clearing the 992.1 part bins

The excitement is building-up, can’t wait to see and hear real customer’s impressions!

Default 🙏Plea to hold off showing pics of your new T🙏

Now I know this suggestion will go down like a Vladimir Putin special operation, but it needs to be said…
If anyone collects their new T before I get mine please don’t show any pics or vids till March 17th.
You see I suffer from PHTJ and in my case it can be life threatening!
So as soon as I collect mine I’ll let all of you early adopters know and you can publish all you want! Thank you all in advance🙏

I feel your pain @barkat03 , I have considered going off-grid, but my wife reminded me that I have equally devastating condition, called DISCONNEXITY or phobia of being disconnected from the interwebs!
