Was at SoCal dealer today to order my T. Saw some nice rides including GTS Targa and GT4RS. All sold ofc.

??? You can configure a base or Carrera S with it right now. It’s only excluded for the T.

Carrara White and Carrara White Metallic are different colors. He's being super rennlist porsche nerd about it and calling me out on not including the metallic potion of the name in my post despite it being mostly obvious I was talking about the color regularly available on the current 992/718/Macan etc

That’s my combo. The 992 looks great in white. Oh sorry, poverty white.

I know a lot of us are going with the standard interior to keep with the ethos of the T, but I spent some time in a leather package equipped 992 and the interior is a lot nicer than the standard interior to the point where I'm really considering adding it + the slate grey stitching because I think the unique pinstriping to the seat centers is a nice T exclusive touch. It'll push me over the self imposed cost cap I had on my T build but the leather interior is so nice looking I think it's more fitting for a $130k-ish vehicle. Thoughts?

Yeah I'm still on the fence about this as well, don't really want to add more cost or remove anything else from my build but unsure how I'll feel since all the 992s I have been around have had leather on the dash.

I love how clean a white 911 looks but my 991.2T was white so I feel I have to do something a little different... hence, ice grey metallic lol

What would you miss more? The leather where you see and touch it every time you are in the car? Or the money it cost to have that? I’m going with full leather. Have it in my 4S now and I agree with others that once you have it, it’s hard to overlook

I've got contrast stitching in my BMW 650 Gran Coupe (White stitching/black leather) and it looks absolutely great, it is one of the things I always notice fondly when I get in my car. That is the reason I'm going with the Lizard Green T package, you will likely be spending a lot of time in that car so why not make it appealing? Damn the "ethos" or whatever the feel is supposed to be, I don't give a s#$t.

Those going leather, are you adding any of the additional leather options? I have been told that the leather sun visors and steering column are "must haves"
