I'm also wrestling with aerokit body color or with high gloss trim. The high gloss black also does the rocker panels, diffuser and front lip. I'd say if you're going either ice grey or chalk the high gloss black would fit nicely. If you do this, you'd probably want the wheels painted high gloss black as well to complete the look.
Oh great point! Had not thought of that. Have to go back to the "base wheel" (saves 2500, not bad), you still get rear view mirrors in gray though :-(
I was wrestling with it till I was able to see both cars back to back yesterday (chalk with and without aero kit). For the little bit of tracking this car will do has to give some more downforce as well.
You guys that have already picked up your 2024’s, do they have the auto start stop option?
I was hoping mine being built now would also be missing ***.
I find auto stop start a pain and I switch it off in every car I drive, but to be fair the 911 stop start is one of the quickest I have ever experienced, almost instantaneous
I like your sharks fins.
I think they look great on your car but might be too much of a contrast on mine ?
I live somewhere where, between my house and what could be recognised as a road, there is mainly mud and stones.
So, rear arch protection is important. Currently I am going with double PPF in that area, and the windscreen too.
I was wondering about installing discreet front mud flaps like these below and wondered if anybody else had installed something similar ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEAm6F9g4s4
The shark fins are doing its job, look great and are often packed with mud after the rain.
I like the front flaps, I would want to see it in real life before I stick it on. Perhaps complemented with a decal so it doesn’t stand out(?)
Yes maybe, I ordered a set and will play about with them a bit before I fix them permanently. They aren’t too expensive so I can swallow it if they don’t look good.
This car won’t be a sunshine only machine, unlike the Italian GT it is replacing, so I am looking to protect as best I can.
