I haven't received mine but I have ordered body color (Gentian Blue) on mine. I think it will liven up the black interior just enough, but if it looks bad (many seem to see that it looks cheap) they are very easy parts to swap and not too expensive, so could go get carbon fiber or back to the shiny black. I just really hate fingerprints and think the piano black will drive me crazy... People have also said you can wrap it in whatever color or look you would like...
I like mine simply because the Ruby Star Interior pieces make my Bordeaux stitching really pick up the color and make the stitching look like Ruby Star

Black was my main choice before I found Ruby Star, that and Gentian Blue, were a runners-up in my picks. I am not sure which I like more, the Black wheels or the Grey, as both compliment the grey accents and black body well
My delivery is due on the 1st of March.
But, on the app, I am only at stage 3.

Went out to shoot some Clays this morning before work, and decided to take the 60 mile "detour" through the desert to get home. Beautiful day here today.
My dealership has a T allocation (Aug delivery) they said would be PTS eligible. I current have an Ice Grey Aerokit car on order for May delivery. It bugs me that Ice Grey is now a standard color on the Electric Macan so won’t be “special” for long. Considering waiting for the PTS car (Im fine paying the $10K but what’s killer is I’d lose the tax credit on my pre-trade, so really it costs like $20k) or maybe switching to Jet Black.
I don’t know if you are aware, but Ice Grey Metallic was initially offered on the Taycan ($3150) prior to being offered on the 992.

Correct. And the *Special Colors* category is just a marketing scheme to charge more for certain colors. These paints are applied via the same process as any paint on the standard palette.
@ wintersade - Ice Grey Metallic will look incredible. It's a stunning color. Don't get hung up on what other models offer it and whether it will be a *Special Color* in the future. Enjoy the anticipation of your T's arrival.
I did it and love it! When sitting in the cabin, the dash trim almost lines right up with the mirrors… like it comes in, across and back out. On lighter colors I think it brings the inside and out together. My initial fear was that it’d be gawdy or over the top but in person it’s one of my favorite choices. I never cared for it in photos or in older 911’s but in 992 I dig it.
Loving the Leather Interior in Bordeaux Red with Chalk Stitching and with the 930 package. 👍👍
