If you ask your sales person, he/she should be able to give you a screen capture of what they see, but here are the few that I'm aware of.

Note: some of below status codes are specific to my port in the SF Bay Area (ie, Benicia), so I assume other ports will have their own.

I do not know what CP means beyond a car does doesn't need CT (Custom Tailoring)
CT = Custom Tailoring which is a good indication that you have some special Exclusive Manufacturing items that need to be installed in the special Exclusive Manufacturing Building outside of the manufacturing building. The only think that we know as part of the 991.2 buildout was that door sill and the colored chromo had to be installed in this building. Don't know if that is applicable to 992.1 generation, but it's interesting no doubt.

Take a look at the two videos taken by Shmee that show how the 911 are built in the manufacturing building, and then transferred to the Exclusive Manufacturing building to be outfitted with some of those options if you spec'ed it that way.

Manufacturing Video =

Exclusive Manufacture Video =

Pretty cool to see the insides back then, but these were 6 years ago with 991.2 built 911's.

But you're right, to us and the dealership it's all a black hole beyond the V280 status. I'm looking forward to V290 (CT Done and Vehicle Existing) and V300 (Everything Done).
I think I might have missed understood your post, I was referring to the waiting period we go through to get our vehicles, from start to finish and the inaccurate tracking information.

I think the wonderful guys on YouTube, most of them, do a great job too with new information pertaining to model changes.

He advised me to just use the desktop site. Not too helpful but yesterday the TYD function started working again for me.
I called PCNA to ask why TYD info shows up for me on the web but not in the app. They said wait until after my freeze date to have the app show the info. That doesn’t make sense given the web shows my build and delivery dates. So I think it’s hard for them to give a direct answer because my guess is most folks that work there don’t have visibility into this

Well now TYD is showing a 2/25 completion date...meaning another 3 weeks from now until production complete, even though the car has been physically built. Anyone seen something like that before?

My T did exactly the same. One thing is certain I will never know the real reason as to why it was technically delayed for 19 days as Zuffenhausen production only runs Monday through Friday.

Someone posted this on another thread here. This explain why all the delays for non-delivered 911s and why dates are getting pushed out 30 to 60 days...

Final road trip log: home. 2.5 weeks and 2,500 miles. The car just clocked 8k miles. This might be my last adventure in this car, and it won't soon be forgotten.

The T has a lot of details that are Agathe Grey. Not just the mirrors. The gloss black option was never really meant for the T. The gloss black is in the interior though. So even Porsche sometimes doesn’t really know what they want. Because matching the outside with the inside seems to be something you would mostly want. But they have extremely limited the interior options (both colorwise as the inlays). They make a specific agathe grey exterior. But they don’t limit that. Porsche logic probably…

PCNA is largely useless.

None of the national Porsche HQ’s worldwide are much more knowledgeable about our car’s manufacturing progress than we the customers are.
Call me cynical, but having bought numerous Porsches the general attitude is …‘consider yourself lucky that we Porsche are selling you dear average customer one of our precious cars’ 😄
