To me, Ice grey metallic looks nearly the same as Dolomite silver only $2400 more before they eliminated the latter.

Really appreciate you ski patrollers. I'm 76 and still Telemarking (started ~25 years ago) so keep it up! Back to 992 911 Carrera T's!

God bless you,

Yes, this is a problem, for sure. My dealer essentially told me the same thing: they don't know how many they will get of anything.

God bless you,

Yep, my dealer(s) wouldn’t take a deposit for that reason. They know I’m a serious buyer. I had a ‘file’ opened at a dealer well before the T was official.

I have ordered mine in Shark Blue and am going to stick with it. I think the T looks best in the bright, "skittles" colors. In my order of preference: shark blue, ruby star neo (I think RSN will go down as a legendary and sought after color for the 992 T but I am hesitant to pull the trigger because it is the only color I've never seen in person), python (also a future legendary color), guards red, and racing yellow.

I too was on the fence then I kept switching between T Interior and standard interior. The standard interior really is bare bones to me and thinking I'll be looking at it a lot I am going to get the lizard green T package.

I'm dressing up the barebones black interior with the free interior trim in exterior color option. The slate grey is too subtle for the upcharge (and doesn't include a seat belt color change like the lizard green interior does for the same money) and I don't think the lizard green works with my exterior color.

I’m in the UK and to date they haven’t received any allocation slots… all I know is they very quickly filled the allocations they believed they would get and it was pretty much only expressions of interest beyond that.

I went into the dealership last night for a posh festive hot chocolate with all the trimmings… and the inevitable car chat!
They only had one car with the basic interior and even said they are not allowed to spec cars for the showroom with basic interior… it was quite boring and very cheap looking compared to the others! They also said it was very hard to shift them… I do think some items are essential; especially the dash.
They also had a couple of cars with and without the front and rear bumper upgrade… actually torn on that one but I think I’ll go with it as I love the body colour ‘fillet’ on the rear corners and higher rear plate.

If you want to save some $$ just order the SportDesign Front Fascia and side skirts.

I mean this; I love how it looks with the rear bumper. This is my current spec anyway.

Am I the only one going with a carmine red T??

http://www.porschecode.com/PPY3AT39

And yes, metal sunroof goes against the Ethos. Then again, it's one of the only options August Achleitner has on his 991.2 T

"In the last half-year, I almost only drove a Carrera T [with a] manual and I love this car," Achletiner added. "It's just pure. The only option I have beside the navigation system is a sunroof. Wonderful." - Road and Track
