Thanks!

I purchased a L and a XL. At 5’11” and155 lbs I prefer my T-shirts a tad loose versus snug. I will update later today as to how they fit after being washed and dried.

I am so glad that people are getting their shirts. You would have gotten them earlier but one of Brian’s employees placed the Porsche crest behind the neck and the PORSCHE on the sleeve so he had to redue them. We both agreed that they needed ti be done so sorry for the slight delay. Adam don’t worry I was going ti bring you one with the aero kit to Bear mountain as a gift. Do you take XL? I leave for vacation and when i get back hope to work with him on that design. Would like to see what the white looks like so post it if you ordered one. We had to switch brands (same quality) because the white in the Canvas brand was almost see through.
I would be in for one of these in Guards Red and will gladly pay for it!

Here's a side profile of the wing if it helps...

@Macboy These are amazing shots!! Curious if regular car insurance covers you here or if you need to take out a track policy?

*EDIT*

Just did some reading and it seems most insurance companies dont cover driving on the track despite it being somewhat of a 'public road'.

The list of damage to the Ring property is an eye opener!

Cost of crashing on the Nurburgring

These include Armco repairs, safety car attendance, vehicle recovery, track closure, hospital stays and helicopter fees. I recommend avoiding these. If you can't, then the following price-list may help:
  • Base fee for attendance of armco truck: €150
  • Removing damaged armco: €10/metre (x2 or x3 or x4 for multiple-height sections)
  • Replacement armco: €31/metre (x2 or x3 for double/triple height)
  • Removing damaged armco posts: €5.10 each
  • Replacing armco post: €39 each
  • Safety car attendance: €82 per 30 mins (car + 2 people)
  • Circuit closure: €1,350 per hour
  • Recovery truck: €500 (inc VAT)
  • Hospital stay & air ambulance: Let's just say, do NOT go there without travel insurance! (Though a European Health Card - which replaced the E111 - may cover the hospital bit.)
Everything except the recovery truck is then subject to 19% VAT.

The record armco bill I'm aware of is €15,000. That was a car that managed to flatten a very impressive length of armco between the Quiddlebacher Hohe bridge and the crest on the approach to Flugplatz. But even a minor bump can turn into a surprisingly expensive day out.

Default T shirts

I have the black shirt and it doesn’t have any see through properties. I haven’t seen the white so i cannot verify. When you are choosing a more performance fabric it has more stretch and is a more comfortable sporty shirt than a 100% cotton shirt. We moved to another brand so that the white wasn’t see through like the canvas shirt. I hope the white performs as well. This was a grassroots effort and if the white isn’t spot on I will have him source a different white one.

What about European customers? Any updates there? One big EU batch sending it to one box in UK maybe?

Just to be clear: if you order PDLS+ you get the upper part in black. No need for Matrix to fix that.

I don’t quite get your point. But there was no circuit in the world that was insured except for the Nurburgring. Which gave it a special place. Because it was considered a normal toll road. For that reason it was called “touristenfahrt”. Of course during the years it became more and more popular and was more used as a trackday than as tourist drives. So more and more insurance companies excluded the Ring from their policy. However, not all insurance companies. So some people are still insured when driving on the Ring. It’s just an extra and not something negative (the way you put it). On a normal track nobody is insured normally. In the Netherlands however my car is insured for each Porsche trackday as long as my car is insured with Porsche. So the Zandvoort trackday (open pitlane) I could drive around insured.

There should be a ring equivalent in every country. Jealous!

That makes sense and answers my question, thanks. Great shots again, awesome to see a T on the track.

Default T shirts Europe

Macboy that is a great idea. I leave for vacation tomorrow let me see if i can do something like that. If you guys can figure that out on an address maybe we can ship out some shirts to one person and then have them sent from there. Once we get an address of whomever will handle them then we can have you all Oder off website and place my home address as the shipping location.
There is a shipping charge automatically added to the shirt. I hand pick them and i will cover the cost of shipment it cannot be too bad. I have a supplement business so we have a shilling department. I will figure it out.
my address is:
Eric carine
2231 Inchcliff Road
Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221

As a fun side note… Jack Nicklaus grew up here and he is called the Golden Bear because it is what we are called as a community. We are UA Golden Bears and our logo is the same as his shirt line.
We could do a UK order, Germany, and France order.

I was curious on this and from what it looks like, the insurance included with European Delivery covers Touristenfahren days at the Ring

Default New Wheels from a Turbo on my T

Here is before and after shot . Met a guy on Forum marketplace lived only a mile away

Before

After shot these are 315 and 255 widths instead of the 305 and 245 fills in the wheel wells they are forged so even with wider widths they were within a pound of weight lighter . Lighter in the rears and bit more in the front they were so reasonable should hopefully be a no money swap out .wider set up should help with increase in horse power from M engineering .
I ordered my T T-shirt !!
